Travel time between clients adds up
A care worker makes 8 home visits a day. Between addresses there's 15–25 minutes of travel time. Poor routing = 1 hour lost per day. Excel rosters don't optimise this.
Home care
CAO VVT, client routes, record access with a privacy log and automatic irregular-hours allowance.

Who viewed Mrs De Vries's client record yesterday? At a GDPR audit you have to be able to prove this. Paper records or shared drives — no log, no proof.
The irregular-hours allowance in CAO VVT is a complex system: percentages differ by hour, by day and by shift type. Manual calculation = mistakes + angry staff.
CAO compliance
Eight ORT allowance types, annual-hours system, PFZW submission — Mory calculates everything per shift and tracks the annual balance in real time.
Mory automatically calculates the ORT system of CAO VVT: night shift, weekend, public holidays, split shifts, sleep shift, on-call, plus the annual-hours system. CAO changes? We update centrally.
Mory plans routes between clients based on geographic proximity, time-slot requirements and care intensity. Travel time is measured and (depending on CAO arrangements) compensated as working hours.
Every time a care worker opens a client record, Mory logs who, when and which part. A GDPR audit trail is always available in one export. Complies with NEN 7510 and GDPR.
Clients have a preferred care worker (trust, continuity). Mory schedules that person first and automatically picks the second choice when the first isn't available. Document client restrictions (no male carers, certain languages, etc.).
Illustrative estimate

| Calculating ORT allowances | 8 hrs/month | Automatic | 8 hrs/month |
| Preparing client records for a GDPR audit | 4 hrs/quarter | 10 min (export) | ~16 hrs/year |
| Communicating roster changes | 5 hrs/week | 1 hr/week | 4 hrs/week |
| Hour and leave admin for CAO VVT | 4 hrs/month | Automatic | 4 hrs/month |

Mory treats sector-specific CAO rules as configuration, not code: allowances, pension fund and hour norms are set per sector — so the calculation stays correct and auditable.
We expect the home care module in Q3 2026. Home care requires extra care around GDPR, NEN 7510 and record integration — we're taking the time to do it right. On the waitlist you get 30% off your first year plus influence over feature priorities.
Yes. Mory is set up according to NEN 7510 (information security in healthcare) and GDPR. Record access is logged per user, data transmission is encrypted, and data stays within the EU (Supabase EU-Central-1). We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with every care organisation.
Mory does not yet have a direct integration with ECD systems such as Nedap Ons, Pluriform or QicNed. For now Mory works alongside your ECD — Mory for planning, hours, ORT and client routes; your ECD for the care record itself. Over time (depending on demand) we'll build ECD integrations.
Both shift types are defined as shift categories in Mory with the correct CAO VVT allowances. Sleep shifts are valued under article 5.3 of CAO VVT; on-call shifts under article 5.5. On a call-out during an on-call shift, the employee logs it in the app — Mory calculates the call-out compensation automatically.
Yes. Per client you record preferences and restrictions: gender preference, languages, allergies to care products, familiarity with specific conditions. Mory respects these when scheduling and warns if a plan would breach the restriction.
Mory for home care is in early access — expected Q3 2026. Sign up and help decide which modules get built first.
