How does Mory handle irregular hours under CAO Schoonmaak?

Mory automatically applies article 21 of CAO Schoonmaak: a 50% allowance for hours between 21:00–06:00, 100% for Sundays and public holidays, and the specific rules for break-free shifts. The allowance calculation appears directly on the employee's pay slip and in your Nmbrs/AFAS export.

Can my clients see anything in the client portal?

Yes. Every client gets access to their own portal environment (at klant.yourcompany.nl, fully white-label) where they see in real time: who is clocking in at their site now, the full clock-in history, open and resolved complaints, photo reports, and optionally key-return status. You decide per client which parts are visible.

Does Mory work for me if I only have 5 employees?

Yes. Mory is built to scale with you. A small cleaning business with 5 people has the same CAO-compliance and client-proof challenge as a large company — just with less volume. Our entry price is tuned to small teams.

How long does it take to set up Mory?

The basic setup takes about 5 minutes: create your organisation, import employees (CSV or manually), activate modules. Setting up the client portal per client takes a short intake (~10 minutes per client). Most organisations are fully operational within half a day.

Does it work without internet on site?

Yes. The mobile app is offline-first. Employees can clock in, report complaints and take photos without an internet connection. As soon as the phone is back online, everything syncs automatically. No data loss, no waiting.
