Weather upends the roster
It's raining — half the work has to shift. The Excel roster becomes a puzzle of what-do-we-do-with-this-crew, what-does-the-client-say, and who-do-we-pay-for-today.
Landscaping
CAO Hoveniers, seasonal planning, equipment tracking and client contracts for garden maintenance.

Where's the Stihl saw? Who took the blower on Friday? Without central equipment tracking, thousands of euros leak away each year to lost tools, duplicate purchases and idle hours.
"Are you doing my garden this week or next week?" Calls and emails for appointments that Mory handles in 30 seconds via a client portal.
CAO compliance
Garden and green-maintenance companies under CAO Hoveniers, nurseries under CAO Open Teelten. Mory configures allowances, leave schemes and pension automatically.
Mory supports both CAO Hoveniers (grounds maintenance) and CAO Open Teelten — configurable per organisation. Including seasonal allowance, frost compensation and specific leave arrangements.
Winter and summer have completely different staffing needs. Mory lets you run two planning models side by side and switches automatically. Plus: shifts can be planned weather-dependent ("only in dry weather").
Every mower, chainsaw, blower and trailer has its own tag. At crew start the foreman scans what he takes; at the end of the day it's scanned back in. Loss of equipment is visible immediately.
The client sees their contract: "Every 2 weeks, Wednesday, round 11". Next visit with date. Round history with photos. Communication runs through the portal, not WhatsApp.

Mory treats sector-specific CAO rules as configuration, not code: allowances, pension fund and hour norms are set per sector — so the calculation stays correct and auditable.
We expect to launch the landscaping module in Q3 2026. We've prioritised security (Q2) and home care, with landscaping next. On the waitlist you get 30% off your first year plus influence over which features get built first.
Yes. At organisation setup you indicate which CAO applies. Some landscapers fall under Open Teelten (mainly nurseries and landscapers with cultivation activities), most garden and grounds-maintenance businesses under CAO Hoveniers. Mory configures the allowances, leave arrangements and pension-fund registration automatically.
Per shift type you can set "weather-dependent" with a minimum requirement (e.g. "not in rain", "only above 5°C"). Mory connects to a weather forecast and gives a roster suggestion in the morning. You keep control: accept, shift, or overrule.
Mory supports both employees on payroll and freelancers. For freelancers you generate invoices automatically based on hours worked or fixed amounts. No more manual processing in two systems.
In the landscaping version, clients with an ongoing contract can view their regular visit frequency and request one-off extra jobs (e.g. "can you trim the hedge next week too?"). Acceptance and planning stays with you — no automatic bookings.
Mory for landscaping is in early access — expected Q3 2026. Sign up and help decide which modules get built first.
