Night-shift allowances leak away
CAO Particuliere Beveiliging has 6 different allowance rules between 22:00 and 06:00. One wrong rule = a fine at inspection + an underpaid guard who quits.

Sound familiar?

The client asks: "Did the guard really walk past at 03:15?" Without GPS proof or an NFC tag at the post, your answer is a promise, not a fact.
An alarm goes off. Who responded? How fast? Was it within the contract SLA? Excel rosters don't measure this — you only find out at a complaint or audit.
CAO compliance
Six allowance levels, split shifts, on-call pay — Mory applies every rule automatically based on schedule and post.
Mory automatically calculates the 6 allowance levels of CAO Beveiliging: night shift, weekend, public holidays, split shifts, short-shift allowance and on-call compensation. CAO changes? We update centrally.
Place NFC tags or QR stickers at every post. The guard taps or scans on each round — logged with time, GPS and user. Fully auditable proof for the client and internal control.
An alarm comes in, Mory logs the start. The guard confirms arrival on site via the app — Mory measures the time. Monthly SLA reporting per client is available in the client portal.
The client (e.g. a retail chain or event organiser) sees in their portal which guard is at which location now, with the last round time and any reports.
Mory monitors expiry dates for BHV certificates, weapons-law permits and sector-specific qualifications. Get an automatic warning 60 days before expiry.

Mory treats sector-specific CAO rules as configuration, not code: allowances, pension fund and hour norms are set per sector — so the calculation stays correct and auditable.
We expect to launch the security module in Q2 2026. The architecture already runs — we're configuring the CAO rules, patrol-round flow and certificate tracking. On the waitlist you get 30% off your first year plus a say in which features get built first.
Mory does not yet connect automatically to external alarm control rooms (such as SMC, G4S, Trigion). Alarm response is logged by the guard via the mobile app, with timestamp and GPS. If there's interest we'll build an API integration — let us know on the waitlist.
Per employee you record certificates with issue and expiry dates. Mory automatically warns 60 and 30 days before expiry. If a required certificate has lapsed, an employee can no longer be scheduled on shifts that require it — Mory blocks this.
Yes. In the client portal your client sees in real time which guard is where, plus the full patrol-round history with timestamp and GPS confirmation. Optionally you can enable photo proof per round for extra certainty.
Then you're in the TFM category (total facility management). For multi-service companies Mory offers one platform where you run both CAOs side by side, per employee per service. See the Facility page for details.
Mory for security is in early access — expected Q2 2026. Sign up and help decide which modules get built first.
